Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Cues must be in completely unused and the tip must be in the condition it was sent in.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
There are no warranties provided on cues or cases. We would advise anyone purchasing a cue to research storing and looking after your cue as wood is a natural product that when exposed to varying temperatures can expand and contract.
Please contact us via live chat prior to returning your item so we can try to rectify any issues and approve the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Any items returned damaged or used may be returned back to you or will at our discretion offer a 50% refund of the original purchase price as we are unable to sell used goods.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Event Tickets
You are not entitled to a refund should any changes be made to the line up of any event.
Paco's Cue's reserves the right to alter or vary the programme of an event without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. If you are no longer able to attend we recommend you pass your tickets on privately.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note we endeavour to ship all orders made prior to 1pm on any given working day (Monday-Friday) the same or following day. Due to certain issues beyond our control such as collection services not arriving or on time on any given day this may be delayed.
Please note international customers will likely have import fees applied to their order on delivery. Ultimate Pool Shop is not responsible for any import duties and taxes send from the UK.
FAQ’s
Can I return my hoody if it’s got initials on it?
Unless faulty, we do not accept the return of any customised items, as these would not be able to be resold.
Is it possible to change my order once it’s placed?
So long as production has not already started, you can email pacospoollounge.com. Please state your order number in any correspondence. We aim to get back to any queries within 48 hours.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, you can, providing that the original item is returned as sold, in the original packaging. Ultimate Pool is not responsible for the postage and packaging costs.
